Who we are

Stopover Dubai is operated by Hala Adventure Tourism LLC. Stopover Dubai is independent and not affiliated with any airline, airport authority or government body.

Requests and confirmation

Submitting a request or using Check My Stopover does not create a booking. Check My Stopover gives an estimated suitability assessment, not a guarantee. A booking exists only when we confirm it to you in writing by email or WhatsApp.

Prices

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are totals for a private group of 1–6 guests. There is no additional per-person charge within that range. For groups of 7 or more, please request a custom group quotation. Attraction tickets, meals and UAE entry costs are not included unless stated.

Vehicles and luggage

Vehicle capacity depends on passengers and luggage. Where your party or luggage exceeds the standard vehicle, we confirm a suitable vehicle with you before booking; any change in price is agreed with you first.

Airport waiting and parking

Your airport pickup includes normal airport parking and up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting from your confirmed meeting time. We understand that airport arrivals do not always go exactly to schedule. After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting or parking charges may apply. Where possible, any additional charge will be communicated before it is incurred.

Flight delays and changes

A delayed inbound flight is never treated as you being late. We reassess the time you have left and, where possible, shorten or adjust the itinerary. If the delay makes your experience impractical, we mark it for review and contact you on WhatsApp. Genuine airline disruption — a cancelled flight, a substantial delay or a significant schedule change made by the airline — is not treated as an ordinary customer cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible: we will review your updated flight schedule and the options available individually. Depending on the circumstances, these may include adjusting the itinerary, rescheduling or another appropriate solution.

UAE entry

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they meet UAE entry requirements. Entry into the UAE is subject to immigration approval. We cannot be responsible for refused or delayed entry.

Your onward flight

We plan every tour to return you to your departure terminal with the agreed buffer. You remain responsible for check-in, security and boarding, and for following your airline’s requirements.

Changes on the day

Routes may change because of traffic, weather, closures or your flight times. We will always protect the return time over additional sightseeing.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your confirmed meeting time; up to 50% may be charged between 24 and 48 hours before, and up to 100% within 24 hours or for a genuine no-show. Airline disruption is reviewed separately. Full details are in our cancellation policy.
