What your connection time really means
These are total connection times — landing to departure — not tour lengths. Airport time comes off first; the bar shows roughly what is left for Dubai.
4–6 hours
Usually best spent airside. Leaving the airport rarely leaves enough time.
6–8 hoursUsually shorter than our four-hour city tours need: a 7-hour connection leaves about two and a half hours, an 8-hour one about three and a half. Ask us whether a customised visit is possible.
8–12 hoursFrom about eight and a half hours: Modern Dubai or Old Dubai (four hours each), or a morning in the desert.
12+ hoursRoom for Dubai in a Day (6–8 hours, roughly 10½–12½ hours of connection), or a four-hour tour at an easy pace. An evening in the dunes needs an afternoon arrival and a late departure.

A delayed flight is not your fault
A delayed inbound flight is never treated as you being late. We reassess the time you have left and, where possible, shorten or adjust the itinerary. If the delay makes your experience impractical, we mark it for review and contact you on WhatsApp.
Private from door to door
Only your group in the vehicle, with bags on board. City tours are led by a licensed guide; desert experiences use an experienced desert safari driver.
Honest about entry
Leaving the airport depends on UAE immigration approval. We link to official sources and never promise that every passenger can leave.
Arriving at DXB
Terminal matters. Tell us both your arrival and departure terminal and we plan the pickup and return accordingly.
DXB Terminal 1
Most international airlines other than Emirates; its gates form Concourse D.
DXB Terminal 2
flydubai and a number of regional airlines. It sits on the other side of the airfield from Terminals 1 and 3.
DXB Terminal 3
Emirates, plus some flydubai flights. Its gates form Concourses A, B and C.
Questions before you book
Is your Check My Stopover result a guarantee?
No. It is an estimated suitability assessment based on scheduled times and conservative airport buffers. Borderline connections show “Manual review required”, and our team confirms every booking personally.
What if my inbound flight is delayed?
A delayed inbound flight is never treated as you being late. We reassess the time you have left and, where possible, shorten or adjust the itinerary. If the delay makes your experience impractical, we mark it for review and contact you on WhatsApp. Genuine airline disruption — a cancelled flight, a substantial delay or a significant schedule change made by the airline — is not treated as an ordinary customer cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible: we will review your updated flight schedule and the options available individually. Depending on the circumstances, these may include adjusting the itinerary, rescheduling or another appropriate solution.
How long will you wait for me at the airport?
Your airport pickup includes normal airport parking and up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting from your confirmed meeting time. We understand that airport arrivals do not always go exactly to schedule. After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting or parking charges may apply. Where possible, any additional charge will be communicated before it is incurred.
How does pricing work for larger groups?
Each listed price is the total price for a private group of 1–6 guests — there is no additional charge per person within that range. For groups of 7 or more, please request a custom group quotation.
How many people and bags fit in the vehicle?
As a guide, about 6 guests without significant luggage, or about 4 with normal airport luggage — always subject to the actual vehicle. Larger combinations show “Vehicle confirmation required” and we arrange the right vehicle with you.
