Who is responsible

What we collect

Stopover requests: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred language, the number of adults, children (and their ages) and infants, airlines, flight numbers, dates, times and terminals, whether your flights are on the same ticket, luggage details, your chosen experience and any notes or special requirements you add. Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number and message. Reviews: your name, optional country, rating and review. We do not ask for passport numbers or copies.

Why we use it

To review your connection, plan and confirm your experience, contact you about it (including if your flight changes), answer your messages, moderate and publish reviews you submit, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who receives it

Our team, and the service providers we need to run the website: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sending emails), Sanity (storing requests and reviews, where enabled) and, if you write to us there, WhatsApp. If a booking is confirmed, we share the details needed with your guide or driver. We do not sell your data.

Reviews

Reviews are not published automatically. If we approve your review, your name, country (if given), rating and review text are shown publicly on this website.

Technical data and analytics

Our server briefly uses your IP address to limit abuse of the forms. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics (GA4) uses cookies to measure how the website is used; it does not receive the contents of your forms.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for your request or booking and for our legal obligations.
