Leaving the airport: UAE entry
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they meet UAE entry requirements. Entry into the UAE is subject to immigration approval.
What we can tell you
Whether you can enter the UAE depends on your nationality, passport validity, any visas or residence permits you hold, and the decision of the immigration officer. Rules change, sometimes at short notice.
What we cannot do
We cannot confirm your eligibility, apply for a visa on your behalf, or guarantee entry. If entry is refused, the tour cannot go ahead; tell us as soon as you know so we can release your guide.
Before you fly
Check the official sources below for your passport, and your airline’s own guidance for your itinerary. Keep your onward boarding pass or itinerary available at immigration.
